Be Faithful...Are You Faithful To God?

ANCHOR TEXT: “God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground” Genesis 1:28.

More often than not, we do not know how good a thing is until we start seeing its’ fruits. Fruitfulness is God’s command and it implies being abundantly productive in every sphere of life; it means manifesting the attributes of God and generating qualitative and quantitative results in all that you do.

God expects you to be fruitful. In the parable of the vineyard, in Luke 13:7, Jesus told the story of a man who planted a tree, typifying each of us, and came looking for fruit on it each year. Finding no fruits for three straight years, he threatened to cut down the tree. God has created us to be fruitful and also empowered us to be, you have been endowed with the ability to produce after your kind. He is therefore grieved if we are not.
