THEME: DELIVERANCE THROUGH PRAYER MEMORISE: Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16 READ: Acts 12:1-8 1) Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. 2) And he killed James the brother of John with the sword. 3) And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. Perfect Love Casts Out Fear

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18 KJV Learning about and receiving the unconditional love of God is what sets us free from fear. Nothing else will! “Perfect love casts out fear” (1 John 4:18 NASB). Only God has perfect love, and it can be yours by faith. Faith expresses itself in love (see Galatians 5:6). How can we put our trust in God if we are not convinced He loves us at all times? Take God at His Word and begin to receive His love for you, which will set you free from all fear. Power Thought: God’s love for me is perfect and unconditional; I have no fear.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR : MARK 3:13-5:20 and JOB 17:6-18:4 Fasting is a Biblical practice whose interpretation in the Old Testament was slightly different from what it was in the New Testament.
