Unlocking The Power of Scriptures Through Meditation

“But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.  And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth   forth his fruit in his season; his leaf shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. Psalm 1:2-3 I was speaking to a friend about the power of meditation and how it produces manifestation. I mentioned a book I read by John G. Lake and what he wrote about meditation and a scientific experiment he performed to show them the effect of eternal life upon his being, far back as 1920.  He implored them to attach some things to his brain and they in return should look at the meter that read the vibrations in His brain and see what the effect will be. In his words “I understand the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus that is the law of the spirit that gives life in Christ Jesus”. He said ‘it is this law that the Spirit uses to quicken my mortal body. So he started to mutter the scripture to himself-

Turning Point Today: Offset Your Debt First

“Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law” Romans 13:8. Debt is like a millstone round the neck – it makes one feel bad. It has a debilitating effect on one’s health. Debt is incurred when we spend beyond our income, when we make purchases on credit; when we borrow money, either from bank or from individual. Normally an indebted person is a sorrowful person. Such may end up a crawler. There is no point at all, neither is there any sense in putting money into a savings account, earning say 5 per cent interest, if you are at the same time paying 10 per cent interest on money you owe to the bank or somebody else.  There is no point living flamboyantly when there are debts to pay. The pain involved in getting out of debt is short term pain that will generate a long term gain. QUOTE OF THE DAY:“A LIFE OF INDEBTEDNESS IS A LIFE OF BONDAGE”

Open Heavens Saturday 12th September 2015: Your Destiny Is Unstoppable

Memorise: Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will? Romans 9:19 Read: Jeremiah 1:4-7 4 Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. 6 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. 7 But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Message: If God has a destination for you, your present situation cannot stop Him. The circumstances of life surrounding young Esther as a slave girl did not stop her from becoming queen of a very powerful kingdom.  In the Name of Jesus Christ, your present circumstances shall not stop you from arriving at your God-appointed destiny! Similarly, concerning where God is taking you, your past does not matter. 2 Corint
