More Than Conquerors

As Christians, we often hear people quote Romans 8:37, which says we are more than conquerors. For years, I have pondered what being “more than a conqueror” actually means. I’m sure other people have different interpretations, but I have come to the conclusion that being “more than a conqueror” means you have such confidence that no matter what comes up in your life, you know that through Christ you can handle it. You know before you are ever faced with a problem that you’re going to have victory over it. You believe you can do whatever you need to do in life. Therefore, you don’t dread things, you don’t fear the unknown, and you don’t live in anxiety about what’s going to happen.  It doesn’t really matter what the specifics of each situation are, you know you will be victorious through Christ. It is important that you know what you are carrying inside you – the resources that God has made available for you to fulfil your destiny. Stop thinking that the resources you need are all placed in your natural family; stop restricting yourself to where you were born. You have another family that has no limitation. Plainly, you belong to a natural family and are entitled to everything in the family that is yours by inheritance.  But never forget that you also belong to God’s family into which you were admitted the moment you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. Your inward man does not originate from this physical earth. Rather, your inward man is an extension of God, having all the capability, capacity, creativity and wisdom of God. Your inward man cannot be limited or stopped because God cannot be limited. Don’t allow people to limit you because of y

And the evil spirit from the LORD was upon Saul, as he sat in his house with his javelin in his hand: and David played with his hand. 10. And Saul sought to smite David even to the wall with the javelin; but he slipped away out of Saul's presence, and he smote the javelin into the wall: and David fled, and escaped that night. 11. Saul also sent messengers unto David's house, to watch him, and to slay him in the morning: and Michal David's wife told him, saying, If thou save not thy life to night, to morrow thou shalt be slain. 12. So Michal let David down through a window: and he went, and fled, and escaped. BIBLE IN ONE YEAR : Mark 12:41-14:42 and Job 20:20-29 Let me start by clarifying something about being alone.
