Marriage Booster: Do You Still Love Her/Him ?

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; Ephesians 5:25 KJV "This is what I love about you" In the beginning you love everything about him. You are captivated by his six pack, his spirit of adventure, and his lion’s heart. In the beginning you love everything about her. You go crazy with the swing of her hips, a wink or a chewy chocolate cake baked especially for you. One day you wake up. Daily routine has shattered your rose-tinted glasses. “His six pack is not so hot anymore, instead his joints creak with every move.” Or: “It would be better if she swung her hips into a gym one of these days.” You realize: “My partner has changed.” Fortunately! He isn’t standing still. The problem is not the change but rather, that you are a creature of habit. It is your task to rediscover your partner and to simultaneously not forget why you went up the aisle with sparkling eyes to marry your bride/groom. MARRIAGE BOOSTER Write d

God Thoughts Toward Us

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11 KJV God has good plans for His people. Sometimes, however, our sin gets in the way of these plans. The people of Judah had disobeyed God one too many times and God disciplined them by having them conquered by the Babylonians and sent into exile in Babylon. Despite this set-back, our verse for today makes it plain that God still had lofty plans for them. God still has lofty plans for us as well. Although all of us have, to one degree or another, fallen short of God’s expectations for us, He does not give up on us. This is because we are all “God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (Ephesians 2:10). God knows the plans He has had for us from all eternity and He is continuously working to bring about their fulfillment in our lives. He may have to discipline us from time to time,

THEME : REVIVAL THROUGH PRAYER Memorise: After two days will be revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. Hosea 6:2 Read: Hosea 6:1-6, 1. Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 2: After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. 3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth. 4 O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away. 5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth. 6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt

THEME: SET THE CAPTIVES FREE 2 Corinthians 4:1-10 After you received Christ and began to enjoy the liberty, grace and love of Christ in the new life, you may have wondered why you did not surrender to the Lord much earlier than you did. In our passage today, the force that holds people in darkness is exposed. “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them” (2 Corinthians 4:3-4). The god of this world – Satan – blinds the mind of those that do not believe the gospel. Their minds are blinded so that they cannot see the glorious light of the gospel of Christ. This is the reason you can never win anybody to Christ through sound and logical arguments. The key for breaking the power of darkness over the unsaved is offered in 2 Cor. 4:5-6, “We preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord... For Go
