Turningpoinnt Today: Nothing Comes From Intertia

“The angel of the Lord came back a second time and touched him and said, “Get up and eat, for the journey is too much for you” 1 Kings 19:7. There is no standing still here; there is no room for idling. There is no permanent resting place here either. Everything and everyone around you is busy with one thing or the other. Being busy implies they are making progress, growing, developing, getting better or working etc. Neither God nor life makes provision for idleness. ‘…My father worked hitherto, I work…’ John 5:17. Nothing good or productive really comes from inertia (I mean standing still). Every progress made; every development etc has been by diligent work. If those who have passed this world before us were idle, this world would not have been this developed. One of the rules that govern life is that you must keep moving, working learning and keep making efforts. QUOTE OF THE DAY: “TO KEEP LIVING, YOU MUST KEEP MOVING”

Block All The Leakages

“In order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes” 2 Corinthians 2:11. It is difficult to gather up resources for any productive use, or to assume control of one’s finances if leakages are not identified and blocked. Open Heavens Monday 14th September 2015: The Right Root

Memorise: And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended. Mark 4:17 Read: Mark 4:16-17 16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; 17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended. Message: In a marathon, not everyone who starts the race reaches the finish line. Several people drop out of the race due to one reason or the other. In the same way, several people are dropping out of the race to meet Christ the Redeemer on the last day. The parable of the sower reveals some of the reasons why people will not get to the finish line of the Christian race. One of such reasons is not being rooted and grounded in the word of God. Jesus gives further insig...
