“The angel of the Lord came back a second time and touched him and said, “Get up and eat, for the journey is too much for you” 1 Kings 19:7. There is no standing still here; there is no room for idling. There is no permanent resting place here either. Everything and everyone around you is busy with one thing or the other. Being busy implies they are making progress, growing, developing, getting better or working etc. Neither God nor life makes provision for idleness. ‘…My father worked hitherto, I work…’ John 5:17. Nothing good or productive really comes from inertia (I mean standing still). Every progress made; every development etc has been by diligent work. If those who have passed this world before us were idle, this world would not have been this developed. One of the rules that govern life is that you must keep moving, working learning and keep making efforts. QUOTE OF THE DAY: “TO KEEP LIVING, YOU MUST KEEP MOVING”
