Anchor Text: “So tell them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Lord, I will do to you the very things I heard you say” Numbers 14:28.

To arrive at a correct diagnosis, that will lead to effective medical care, patients tell the doctor exactly how they feel. It is the patient’s description of his/her feelings that prepares the ground for a very effective medical care. As it is in medicine, so it is in other areas of life. In the course of healing ministry of Jesus Christ, He always asked the people He healed, ‘what do you want me to do for you?’ He desired them to speak out what they really wanted. Therefore, until you speak it, you cannot pick it.

One Yoruba adage that puts today’s message in the right perspective says: ‘When you keep quiet on your problems, it remains with you, but when you voice them out, someone with the solution will hear it and render help’ Any issue you keep quiet over remains as it is. Are you sick? Are you unemployed? Looking for accommodation? Do you desire to get married? Keeping quiet over them will rather get you more frustrated, because you will be the only one carrying that burden.
