Anger is a completely normal, healthy, human emotion, but when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems and make you feel as though you are at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. Anger can be caused by both external and internal events. One could be angry at a specific person or event; it could be caused by worrying and brooding over one’s personal problems. No matter the cause of anger, one must be careful so it does not lead to jeopardy.

A story of a young man was told: he had problem controlling his temper. After throwing a fit, he’d always say, I am sorry! If I had known what I was doing would hurt you, I would not have done it’. He said that hundreds of times until he learnt his lessons in a hard way. On a particular day, he threw a fit and it ended in chaos. The other party fainted and had to be taken to the emergency unit of a private hospital.

It is difficult to gather up resources for any productive use, or to assume control of one’s finances if leakages are not identified and blocked.
