THEME: WHAT IF TOMORROW NEVER COMES? ANCHOR TEXT: “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” Psalms 118:24. Each new day you are opportuned to see is a fresh start, a new opportunity. It is another chance to correct whatever mistake you have made. It is a privilege to start again, or continue what you could not finish yesterday. A new day is like an already signed blank cheque presented, on which you can write any amount that pleases you. Today is the day you have to correct, reattempt, and repent. Tomorrow is a probability; only today is certain. Yesterday has gone, what you truly have is today. If this is true, why then must you wait till tomorrow? What was the mistake you made? What was the opportunity you lost? What was that thing you did not do well, and you intend doing again? Are there people you offended recently that you must reconcile with? Is there a particularly decision you must make, be it major or minor? Are there people you must meet?...

THEME: GOD CAN DO IT AGAIN ANCHOR TEXT: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” Hebrews 13:8. God is not just a God of the past, but of the present. He is never limited. The same God of David, is the same God of Jacob and the same God of Abraham, He is still the same. It does not matter what He has done for you in the past, He can do same, and even better. The principle by which He did those notable miracles in the past is the same principle by which He will do it today. That testimony, that deliverance of the past can be repeated. Your stolen laughter shall be restored again. You will still dance again. Your lost glory, honour, your lost purity, your lost wealth and health, your lost promotion, your lost marital bliss shall be recovered. It does not matter when and how those things got lost. THEME: DYING TO SELF Romans 8:1-13 George Mueller once remarked, “There was a day when I died; died to self, my opinions, preferences, tastes and will; died to the world, its approval or censure; died to the approval or blame even of my brethren or friends; and since then I have studied only to show myself approved unto God.” Our reading passage today sheds some more light on this subject of dying to self. “So then, my brothers, we are in debt, not to the flesh to be living in the way of the flesh: For if you go in the way of the flesh, death will come on you; but if by the Spirit you put to death the works of the body, you will have life.
